1. Return Period

NULUN will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that financial institutions may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item in accordance with this policy.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

After this period, processing may have already begun and cancellation may no longer be possible.

If your order has already been shipped, you may still be eligible to return it in accordance with this policy.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.

9. Unclaimed Deliveries

If a package is refused or remains unclaimed and is returned to us, any costs incurred by the return shipment may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
